The tests apply to the fastener, not the complete bed. For the covers: wash at 30 °C on a delicate cycle and air dry; do not tumble dry.

Everyday care

Remove the padding. Wash the covers.

Open the zips and separate the fabric parts: here is how to do a full wash.

Remove the padding
Take out the side inserts, the mattress and any inner cushions.
Protect and wash the covers
Cover the hook fasteners with the strips from the included kit. Wash the separated covers at 30 °C on a delicate cycle.
Air-dry and reassemble
Do not tumble-dry. Put the padding back only once the covers are dry.

Cycle, fastener protection and drying

For a full wash, apply the kit’s loop strips to the hook fasteners. Also use them to protect exposed fasteners when one or more sides are removed.
Wash only the covers: 30 °C, delicate cycle, maximum spin speed 800 rpm.
Air-dry away from direct heat. Avoid bleach, tumble-drying and high temperatures.
For everyday cleaning, use a damp cloth or a soft brush.

Can I wash it without separating every side?

For a quick wash, the fabric structure can stay assembled, but all padding, including the mattress, must be removed. Wash the complete cover at 30 °C on a delicate cycle with a maximum spin speed of 800 rpm; air-dry.

Additional sets let you keep a spare or change colour while keeping the other components. They are sold separately: choose the same size as your BerryPuff.

What will I receive?

The complete bed: base, mattress, four sides and covers in your chosen colour. Additional cover sets are sold separately.

How do I choose a size?

The XS–XL measurements describe the available internal space. Measure your dog or cat in their sleeping position and choose a size that leaves room to stretch. Breeds in the guide are examples only. Go to the size guide

What can go in the washing machine?

When will it arrive, and what does shipping cost?
